MOD6 range medium voltage cells
Modular cells from MOD6 range are designated for use in medium voltage panels inside MV/LV transformer substations from the power distribution system, as well as in domestic transformer substations.
MOD6 medium voltage panel is made of a series of standard modular, compact cells with internal arc protection.
MOD6 modular cells are equipped with load-break switches with SF6 extinguishing environment and/or vacuum circuit-breakers.
Each cell is equipped with mechanic locking mechanism, as well as with a synoptic scheme which confers maximum guarantee, safety and security of the operations. The internal arc protection grants the possibility of using the cells even in extreme conditions.
The protection degree of the MOD6 modular cells is IP3X for the cell’s case from the outside to the inside of the cell and IP2X from the inside of the cables compartment to the bars system.
The dimensions of the cells are the following:

The modularity characteristic of MOD6 cells also applies to their internal structure. These cells are the most efficient implementable solution which, at the same time, leaves an open door to evolution, to future. The cells are evolving and shaping with the beneficiary’s ideas, needs and requirements.
LM - line cell with load-break switch
Basic equipment: Three-phased bus bars system, load-break switch in SF6 with earthing contact, standard driving mechanism, type KS, voltage indicator.
TM - line cell with load-break switch
Basic equipment: Three-phased bus bars system, load-break switch in SF6 with earthing contact, standard driving mechanism type KP (Sarel).
IMP-IMS - circuit breaker and protection cell
Basic equipment: - three-phased bus bars system - load-break switch in SF6 with earthing contact - standard driving mechanism, type KS - vacuum circuit breaker
MCT - measuring cell
Basic equipment: Three-phased bus bars system, connection bars, 3 current transducers, 3 or 2 voltage transducers.
MCTs - measuring cell with load-break switch
Basic equipment: Three-phased bus bars system, Load-break switch in SF6, with earthing contact, Standard driving mechanism type KS, connection bars, 3 or 2 current transducers, 3 or 2 voltage transducers.
MT - voltage measuring cell
Basic equipment: Three-phased bus bars system, load-break switch in SF6, with earthing contact, Standard switch driving mechanism, type KS, 3 fuse carrier sockets with 3 fuses on low voltage, 3 or 2 voltage transducer.
CS-CD - coupling switchgear with left right output

SI - internal services cell

LLM - line cell with AAR
Two line cells jointed with a mechanical interlocking system and AAR automation. Basic equipment: Three-phased bus bars system, load-break switch in SF6, with earthing contact, Standard switch driving mechanism type KS, Voltage indicators.
RMb - bars connection cell
Basic equipment: bus bars system, cable. Optional accessories: voltage indicators.
RMS-RMD – down, left, right transfer coupling switchgear
Basic equipment: three-phased collecting bar system, three-phased connection bar system.
