Low Voltage Capacitor Banks
The Capacitor Banks made by Energobit Prod are used in low voltage electric networks for compensating the reactive power consumed by inductive receivers. The use of these Capacitor Banks leads to reaching a power factor of cosφ > 0.92
Energobit Prod is also able to provide an additional services’ pack, which facilitates the choice and installation of the capacitor banks:
- Network analysis and measurements
- Designing and dimensioning the capacitor bank in order to obtain the best price/quality rate
- Technical assistance at commissioning

Capacitor banks classification
- Fixed capacitor banks
- Automated capacitor banks
Fixed capacitor banks
The fixed capacitor banks, made by Energobit Prod, are used in low voltage electric networks for compensating the constant reactive power consumed by inductive receivers. The operation voltage is between 400 and 690V. The power of the capacitor bank is within the range 5 –100 kVAr. The fixed capacitor banks are equipped with modular capacitors with dry dielectric.
Automated capacitor banks
The automated capacitor banks made by Energobit Prod, are used in low voltage electric networks for automated compensation of the reactive power consumed by inductive receivers. The operation voltage is between 400 and 690V. The power of the capacitor bank is within the range 10 – 720 kVAr. The automated capacitor banks are equipped with modular capacitors with dry dielectric, contactors for tripping and closing the adjustment steps and varmetric regulator.
