Florin Pop has been a member of the EnergoBit management team since 2001, having occupied different positions, from Energy Efficiency Manager to General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the company. For the moment, he is the General Manager of the company, coordinating both commercial and operational teams but also activities that drive business growth and development. With more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector and in management, Florin Pop coordinated the construction of the biggest offshore wind park in Europe, with 600MW capacity, the construction or refurbishment of more than 50 power substations in the country and for many other industrial customers’ projects.
Florin Pop graduated from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, as an electro-technical engineer, and also holds an Executive MBA degree from Collège des Ingénieurs Paris. He has also been a member of the Association of Energy Engineers since 2003.
Adrian Terec joined EnergoBit team in 2002 as a commercial technical engineer. Over the time, Adrian has held several management positions within EnergoBit. Currently he is Deputy General Manager of EnergoBit. For an important period, Adrian Terec held the position of Power Products Director, managing the entire activity of production and supply of medium and low voltage electrical equipment.
Adrian attended the courses of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, specializing in Electrical Engineering and holds a degree in energy engineering. He recently completed the Executive MBA courses at Hull University, a program exclusively for managers, which consists of in-depth information on general management, international business, consulting, project management and economics.
Claudia Maier has been a member of EnergoBit management team since 2007 and during this period, she held various management positions in the financial department, from Financial Manager, Deputy Chief Financial Officer to Chief Financial Officer, position she currently holds, having the role to develop, implement and coordinate the financial department, the internal audit function, the internal control system and the accounting department.
Claudia graduated the Faculty of Economic Studies in Cluj-Napoca, with diploma in Accounting and Business Systems. She is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants), member of CECCAR (Romanian Association of Certified Accountant), member of CAFR (Romanian Association of Financial Auditors) and member of AAIR (Romanian Association of Internal Auditors).
With a solid education from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Faculty of Electrical Engineering), Răzvan Ceteras joined the EnergoBit team in 2003 and has had a remarkable career within the company. He started as a project manager and currently coordinates the teams of project managers and execution at EnergoBit as the Director of the Cluj Branch and the Renewable Projects Division. He is a dedicated leader who always prioritizes people and is constantly focused on improving his own technical and managerial skills. To this end, Răzvan has completed numerous specialized courses, as well as an EMBA management program at the University of Hull, which he finished in 2020.
Additionally, Răzvan actively engages in the development and motivation of the teams he leads, facilitating internship programs and continuously integrating new members into the project management team. Since 2020, he has developed the Green Energy department, where projects based on the latest technologies in the clean energy sector are implemented, thus contributing to strengthening the company’s position as a leader in the energy sector.
Starting with 2018, Lucian holds the position of Engineering Director at EnergoBit SA. He graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electrical Drives, at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. After completing his studies, he began his career at EnergoBit in the SCADA department as a technical and commercial engineer. In 2013, he advanced to the role of Director of the SCADA & Automation department, where he led the team until 2018.
Dedicated to continuous improvement, Lucian has pursued various training courses throughout his career, enhancing his professional capabilities. He has a certification in Project Management, completed a course in “Strategy for the Digital Economy,” and obtained specialized technical certifications, including IEC-61850 and ADMS configuration.
