The team of our Craiova Branch received warm congratulations from Distributie Energie Oltenia SA for the exemplary manner in which they managed to handle and solve the special situations caused by unfavourable weather conditions.
Same as every year, our colleagues were prepared to intervene during the periods when the counties in the Oltenia region were issued with yellow and amber warnings for blizzard and snow.
The EnergoBit Craiova team, along with the operational field teams dispatched by Distributie Energie Oltenia SA and ADREM—our consortium partners—efficiently and very professionally managed to
ensure power supply continuity to the customers in the affected areas, by removing and remedying the faults which occurred in the power networks and substations owned by DEO.
Thanks to their efficiency, the team succeeded in not exceeding the fault remedy deadlines imposed by the Performance Standard for the electricity distribution service, issued by ANRE and made compulsory for all power distribution companies.
Consequently, DEO was one of the few power distribution companies in the country that didn’t record any delays in providing their services or failures to meet the deadlines set out by said ANRE Standard.
We would like to take this occasion and congratulate our Craiova colleagues for the manner in which they handled this difficult period and we wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
