The ability to take decisions, reconversion, communication, creativity, teamwork, emotional intelligence are skills that cannot be replaced by technology, and a necessary condition in order to adapt to the requirements of the labor market in the near future. Specialization courses in the field or professional retraining, digitization, participation in conferences or events also play an extremely important role for our professional path.
In this scope in Cluj-Napoca was organized- the Fair of Jobs and Career Guidance, an event that proposed a new approach through a dynamic interaction, which was highly appreciated especially by young people present at the fair and in search of job opportunities. The event received fully support of the authorities, with the Minister of Labor and Social Solidarity, Marius Budai, being himself present.
The event was attended by 25 employers with over 1200 job vacancies, the largest Universities in Cluj county, public utility organizations as well as pre-university education institutions that presented their employment and educational offers. We were glad to be part of this event, both as an employer and as a professional training center – our company being authorized for the qualification of electricians in electrical installations.
We have chosen to get involved in the community and in this way to support professional reconversion in order to offer opportunities for those who would like to work in our field of activity, but do not have the necessary technical qualification.
