EDP Renewables opened the first energy storage station in Romania, in Constanta.

EnergoBit was part of an important project – the inauguration of a new tourist attraction point in Bucharest, the reopening of Unirii Square Fountains, moment remarked through a memorable performance of the Bucharest Symphony Orchestra and an exceptional multimedia show.

At the end of April, energynomics.ro organized the second energy efficiency event this year, an event that is part of an information campaign called "Energy Efficiency for Results that Count", a campaign that aligns concepts, solutions designed to promote energy efficiency among the targeted audience.

The team of our Craiova Branch received warm congratulations from Distributie Energie Oltenia SA for the exemplary manner in which they managed to handle and solve the special situations caused by unfavourable weather conditions.

Between the 5^th and 10^th of March EnergoBit attended the ‘Career in the Energy Industry’conference, organised by the Romanian Society of Power Engineers – SIER, via their Youth Subsidiary in Bucharest and hosted by the Central Library of the Bucharest Polytechnic University.

In the beginning of 2018, our Compliance Officer, Mr Mihai Farcas, represented the company at two major events, organised by PricewaterhouseCooper and Pria Events, as well as at a course on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
